Very easy to use and clean! Before I was wearing two sets of gloves, black nitrile over nylon, to handle large cuts of meat (brisket, pork butt, leg of lamb, etc.), but these Grill Mitts bypassed that step when needing to turn or rearrange the meat in my smoker.
