Shipment Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days. Please note, we don’t process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

During times of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing a few extra days for delivery. If there's a significant delay, we’ll reach out to you directly via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

At Drip EZ, we pass our reduced shipping rates directly to you, without markups. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders processed late on Fridays may not start moving until the following Monday or Tuesday.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Drip EZ is not responsible for these fees.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please save the shipping box and damaged items, then send photos to info@bbqdripez.com. We'll start the process to resolve the issue as soon as we receive the photos. Please allow a few business days for us to follow up.
